Dr. Frantisek SCHMITZ  (an   advocate in  Mistelbach in Austria ) son of Adolf SCHMITZ, bought a property on 21 Jul 1930.

After WW2 Alzbeta SCHULZOVA started restitution proceedings for herself.

In 1947 she lived at Vilna street 7, Tel Aviv , Israel.
