We NO LONGER seek any information concerning the fate of Manfred Adolf FENIG .

He was born in 23 June 1932 in Dresden, Germany, son of Chaim FENIG and his wife Sura Malka, maiden name SMIETANKA (born 1 Jul 1911 in Warsaw, Poland).

It is probable that the family originated in Galicia

Chaim is the brother of Ephraim FENIG and of Hilde FENIG-KARPF.

Sura Mahla is known to have had a sister Feiga GOLDSTEIN.

Before World War II the FENIG family lived in Dresden at Roehrhofgasse 16, Am See 18, Jacobsgasse 11.

The first part of family members were deported to Poland on 28 Oct. 1938 the rest on 2 Aug. 1939

We have found no trace of them after those dates.
